Decarbonising Petrol Stations

The ZappAir is a modular, compact and eco-friendly vapour recovery system designed to be placed at petrol stations to zapp VOCs into hydrocarbon fuel. It is to be installed at petrol stations' vent systems to enable all displaced petrol vapours normally lost to be processed, converted to fuel and returned to the ZappAir's storage chamber for immediate use.

Recovering up to 2,500LPM, the ZappAir has the potential slash tonnes of VOCs to expedite your Net-Zero targets, while enabling you to generate revenue from day one.

How it Works

1. Tanker Delivery

The tanker connects hoses to the site's fill point and vapour collection point establishing a closed system with the ZappAir.

2. The Creation of Vapour Pressures

Naturally displaced fuel vapours in the site tanks are forced towards the breathing vents, into the ZappAir.

3. Processing Vapours to Fuel

Entering the ZappAir chamber, the vapours are condensed into fuel using cryo-coalescent technology. The fuel is then stored at the base of the chamber.
